Use the Audit Report to track the status and history of HL7 v2 to FHIR message conversions.

1. Open the Audit Report

In the left-hand sidebar, click Audit Report.
This will take you to the Audit Report page, where message activity is listed.

2. Use Filters to Refine the View

You can apply several filters to narrow down the data:

• Date Type
  Choose how you want to filter by date:

  • Message Received Date: when the the HL7 message was converted to FHIR

  • Message Date: the date contained in the original HL7 message

• Status
  Filter messages by their processing status:

  • COMPLETE

  • IN_PROGRESS

  • FAILED
    You can also select all statuses to view a complete list.

• Time Range
  Use a predefined time period or set a custom date range to limit the report view.

3. Review the Audit Report Details

The report displays both summary and detailed information:

• Message Summary

  • Total messages

  • Successful conversions

  • Failed messages

  • Messages still in progress

• Message Log
  For each message, the log shows:

  • Message Control ID

  • Conversion Status

  • Receive Date

  • Message Date

  • Any associated error logs

The Audit Report helps monitor data flow, identify processing issues, and support compliance tracking.
